If travelling from the west or the south
proceed up the TT course through Kirk Michael and over Ballaugh Bridge. On the
approach to Sulby turn right at the Sulby Glen Hotel onto the A14.
If
travelling from the north go down the TT course to Sulby and turn left at the
Sulby Glen Hotel onto the A14.
Continue along the A14 driving parallel
to the Sulby Glen River. Approximately two miles along this road you will
approach a large plantation on the right-hand side. Take the first left turn
before the plantation. This short track takes you down the hill and over the
bridge to the venue. This track is only open during a trial.
If
travelling from Douglas proceed up the TT course to the Bungalow. Turn left just
before the motorcycle museum onto the A14. Follow the road approximately two
miles passing Sulby reservoir on your left. Continue all the way to the bottom
of the hill and past the car park on the bend. As you leave the plantation on
the left-hand side the venue is the next right turn. This short track takes you
down the hill and over the bridge to the venue. This track is only open during a
trial.
Terrain
The terrain is not suitable for absolute beginners, as this
is a very rocky gully, steep grass banks and a fast flowing river, all are often
used for some enjoyable sections.
Parking
and Accessibility
Parking is of the main road over the bridge. You can park at
the edge of the track all the way to the very end. This is excellent for
spectators as sections are very close to the parking area.
