If you are travelling from the south
proceed up the Ballamodha until you reach Foxdale. Just before the petrol
station take the right turn onto the Mines Road.
When travelling from the
north or the west make your way to Foxdale. In Foxdale take the next left turn
after the petrol station onto Mines Road.
Proceed along Mines Road past
the “Deads” on the right and Ard Jerkyll on the left. Once at the Eairy Dam turn
right, sign posted St Marks and then take the immediate right again at Bettridge
Motors. Proceed up the road to the very end. This is where the venue is
situated.
Travelling from the Douglas, go past B&Q and straight on at
the Braaid roundabout towards Foxdale, A24. At the Eairy Dam turn left, sign
posted St Marks and then the immediate right at Bettridge Motors. Proceed up the

Terrain
The quarry is a
disused quarry so a lot of the harsh terrain is covered by vegetation. This
makes for a good selection of sections. Occasionally the plantation is also
used.
Parking and Accessibility
Parking is on the access road to the new
quarry if the gate is open or it’s on the main road. Access to the old quarry is
up the narrow lane and left turn up the track to the top. This is a short walk
for spectators and once at the venue sections are close together.
