When travelling from the south of the
island, proceed up the Ballamodha until you reach Foxdale. Continue through
Foxdale until you reach Ballacraine traffic lights, this is where the road joins
the TT course.
Travelling from Peel, head towards Douglas continue
through St Johns to the Ballacraine traffic lights. At the traffic lights turn
left up the TT course.
Continue up the TT course, past the Glen Helen Lodge
and along the Cronk-Y-Voddy straight. At the end of the staight go down the hill
and continue for approximately one mile. At this point you will see Barregarrow
church on the left-hand side. At this point turn right onto the B10, sign posted
Snaefell and Douglas. Continue along the B10 for approximately one and a half
miles and the venue is on the right-hand side of the road just before the small
plantation on the left-hand side.
If travelling from Ramsey continue
down the TT course through Kirk Michael. Just over one mile out of Kirk Michael
you will see Barregarrow church on the right-hand side. Turn left at this church
onto the B10, sign posted Snaefell and Douglas. Continue along the B10 for
approximately one and a half miles and the venue is on the right-hand side of
the road just before the small plantation on the left-hand side.
Travelling from Douglas continue up the TT course and past the
Creg-ny-Baa pub. Continue up the hill and past windy corner. At the very top of
the hill (Brandy Well) turn left onto the B10. Follow the road for approximately
two and a half miles. You will see a small plantation on the right-hand side of
the road. The venue is straight after this on the left.
Terrain
This is mainly a
steep grassy bank with a small stream at the bottom. This is suitable for all
abilities.
Parking and Accessibility
Parking is at the side of the road and
is plentiful access to the sections is excellent for both spectators and
competitors
